Distance Reiki

Reiki can transcend time and space. This is a principle of simple quantum physics experiments which is called nonlocality. Nonlocality has two main characteristics:

1.    There’s no intervening energy or force needed to make it happen – it only require intention or the desire to make it so.

2.    There is no time or distance – that is, there’s no message travelling from the present to the past, or into the future.

The ability to influence events doesn’t diminish over time or distance. The proof of nonlocality at the quantum level has been a relatively recent scientific breakthrough, yet shamanic traditions have long understood how distant events are linked.

Distance Reiki can be as an effective form of treatment, as coming for a session in person. I have worked with people all over the country and all over the world to good effect.

I offer two types of Distance Reiki sessions:

1) Full one hour session - it involves a consultation by phone at the start of the session followed by the Reiki Session (during which time I strongly recommend you sit down and relax), followed by a brief post-consultation chat at the end. The investment for this is the same price as coming for a session in person i.e. £45

2) Half hour session - you send me an email before the session advising what you would like me to work on during the session. We do the session then exchange feedback after the session by email. The investment for this is £25

Distance Reiki

For most people, the closest experience that they’ve had to distance Reiki has come though prayer, which is something we’re all familiar with (even if we practice it or not). There have now been many rigorous scientific studies that have documented the power or prayer to heal individuals at a distance and you can no doubt read a few opinions on the internet.

A study in the British Journal of Medicine a few years ago discussed the results of an experiment in a retroactive prayer. Researchers had a computer sort out the ten year old hospital records of 5,000 patients with bloodstream infections into two random groups. One group of records was prayed over; one was not. The researchers then checked the records and found that the group that had been prayed over had experienced shorter hospital stays and fevers, even though the prayers had taken place ten years after the patients had been discharged. The patients received the benefits of the prayers because of the non-local nature of time. The time of the prayer was actually concurrent with the time of the illness because in the Eternal Now, everything happens at once.
