An Introduction to Aura Soma®

Colour is a language through which our Souls and our deepest wisdom can express themselves and help us to get to know and work with the various aspects of our Self. Often these aspects of ourselves communicate to us in symbols, and one of the simplest ways to understand symbolism is through colour, which for most of us is part of our everyday existence. Aura-Soma® is a non-intrusive system that uses colour as its main tool as well as the energies of plants and crystals in order to assist us to connect with our essence, and gain a greater understanding of our gifts & talents, and purpose and challenges in life. Within the Aura Soma ® system also sits a connection with the ancient healing tradition of numerology, the Tarot and the Kabbalah.

This one day workshop is a mixture of theory and practical exercises and includes:

  • The history of Aura Soma ®
  • The language of colour
  • The benefits and qualities of colour
  • Colour meditation
  • Working with the equilibrium bottles
  • Working with pomanders
  • Working with quintessences

This one day workshop serves as an introduction to the Aura-Soma® system. For those people who have attended previous evenings, this workshop will expand upon the knowledge and the benefits gained from those evenings. We will also cover the basics of the system so that those who have not been to previous evenings are fully up to speed.
